Paint out and Photo Contest
Capture the Magic of Lavender in the Pacific Northwest! Inviting artists & photographers to capture the allure of lavender bursting into color in the many lavender fields throughout Oregon. See website for details

Owners of Lavender-centric businesses and individuals interested in lavender are invited to become members of the Oregon Lavender Association (OLA). Members have the option of choosing between the following membership levels:
Relax With Us: Lavender Enthusiasts - $35/year:
- Attendance at 4 informative meetings every year, each with an educational component featuring experts in the industry, demonstrations, presentations, and/or panel discussions
- Informative quarterly newsletter with exclusive articles on using and growing lavender
- Inclusion in an established support network of lavender lovers, lavender growers and lavender craftspeople.
- Access to OLA library of lavender resources
- Inclusion in and access to a directory of all OLA members
- Membership in a non-profit organization
- Participation in OLA educational events such as distillation demonstrations, lavender cuisine samples, etc.
Grow With Us: Lavender Business - $75/year
Intended for anyone with a business that involves or complements lavender- all the benefits of Relax With Us membership level as detailed above, plus
- access to and inclusion in a member-to-member database of wholesale products & services offered by other member farms
- Information exchange on topics such as regional advice on growing and marketing lavender products
- Group buying power (plants, landscape cloth, supplies, lavender culinary products)
- help from other members to identify and promote unique strength(s) of each business
Bloom With Us: Marketing Add-on - $225/year
Grow with Us level membership dues $75, plus marketing add-on $150- all the benefits of Grow With Us membership level as detailed above, plus
- your own page on the Oregon Lavender Destinations website (www.oregonlavenderdestinationis.org ) which receives over 10,500+ visitors per month and is growing rapidly
- Link from profile page on OLA website, to your personal website
- promotion through the OLA Social Media network which include Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook. Our Facebook page receives over 25,000 page views in the summer months and is growing rapidly, including links to your Facebook page and periodic features of each individual farm on the OLA page
- listing in the new Oregon Lavender Destinations Guide, which will be a year-round resource widely distributed to the public free of charge.
- two boxes of the Oregon Lavender Destinations Guide for your own distribution
- inclusion in the Oregon Lavender Destinations Guide companion app
- discounted advertisement rates for OLA marketing publications

Celebrate With Us: Festival Add-on - $325/year
Grow with Us level membership dues $75, plus festival add-on $250- all the benefits of Bloom With Us membership level as detailed above, plus
- inclusion in the full-color newly designed Oregon Lavender Festival map that will be widely distributed to the public free of charge
- maps for your own distribution
- inclusion in the Oregon Lavender Festival companion smartphone app
- promotion through OLA Facebook page focused solely on festival participants leading up to festival
- promotion in Oregon Lavender Festival advertising materials, such as posters and postcards
- possible OLA advertisements in national or regional publications such as Travel Oregon, Edible Portland, The Herb Companion, etc
- participation in a well-established, successful and growing festival with regional advertising exposure
- group rates on festival signage, printed and promotional materials
- access to vendor lists - including bands, food, crafts, etc - for your festival weekend celebration
- option of having artists visit your business during the Oregon Lavender Plein Air Paint Out, which culminates with a juried art show at the Yamhill Lavender Festival
- option of having photographers visit your business during the Oregon Lavender Photo Contest. All photos submitted are used for OLA publicity, with the location clearly listed on the photo.

Standards for Membership:
- Interest in growing lavender or lavender products
- A willingness to show integrity to uphold the Oregon Lavender Festival’s excellent reputation
Standards for participation in the Festival:
- Lavender related business
- 100 or more lavender plants in ground or year-round inventory of several varieties of lavender in nursery
- Adequate parking
- Public restrooms/facilities (can be portable, handicapped recommended)
- Agreement to adhere to OLA standards as outlined in OLA bylaws
- Festival Tour Participants are juried to ensure each meets minimum qualifying standards
